Is Free really free, forever?

Yes. Solo pilots fly on the free tier with no time limit, no credit card required, and no feature that disappears after a trial. Free means one person and up to 3 offers of one type — flights and activities, or courses. The free tier is funded by operator subscriptions.

What do I get on Free?

Up to 3 offers of one type, fixed daily start times (or you confirm the time yourself), a booking link with QR code and an embeddable widget, card payments through your own Stripe account or pay on site, one partner such as a driver or a hotel, and your logo and colours. Pro adds more offers, both types, a team, more partners, your own web address, no 'powered by LANDR' line, accounting and analytics.

How is Pro priced?

Pro pricing is tailored to your season length, volume of bookings, and team size. Tell us how you fly and we'll quote it. No per-booking fees — a flat rate per season.

Can I start free and upgrade later?

Exactly the right way to do it. Start on Free, get your widget live, take some bookings — then talk to us when you need the operator muscle.

What counts as an operator?

If you run a business with a team, work with more than one partner, sell accommodation alongside flights, or need accounting integration and commission tracking — you need an operator account.

Is there a per-booking fee?

No. Landr charges flat subscription rates, not per-booking fees. Your payment processor (Stripe) charges their standard rate on card transactions, but that's between you and them.
